JVG Aquatics – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy At JVG Aquatics, the goal is to ensure a clear and hassle-free experience for customers while maintaining the safety and quality of live and delicate products. Please review the following policy before placing an order. 1. Return eligibility Return window: All return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your product. Product condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Mandatory unboxing video: A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the parcel opening, product condition, and reason for return is required for any return or refund request to be processed.

 If these conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected. 2. How to initiate a return To start a return, please contact us with your order details and unboxing video. If return shipping is arranged by JVG Aquatics, the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund/credit.

 3. Product inspection & refund timeline Once the returned item reaches JVG Aquatics, the product will be inspected and cross-checked with the submitted unboxing video and claimed issue.

 If the return is approved, refund or store credit will be processed as per our refund policy within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank timelines.

 4. Non-returnable items For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: Live fish and aquatic animals Live plants Food and consumables Medicines and treatments Extremely fragile items specifically marked as non-returnable Please check product details carefully before placing an order. 5. Warranty No warranty or guarantee is provided on any products sold by JVG Aquatics, unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

 6. Order cancellation policy Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted.

 If a cancellation is approved before dispatch: 15% of the total order amount will be deducted as cancellation/processing charges. Courier/shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Eligible refunds or credits will be processed within 7–10 business days as per our refund timelines.
